On Sunday, April 23, the MBBA will host a conservation project at Nauset Beach beginning at 9:30AM.
Please gather in the Nauset beach main parking lot
MBBA members with self-contained vehicle, that volunteer for the project are welcome to stay either in the Nauset Beach parking lot or out on the beach on Saturday night.
The Town of Orleans has waived the sticker requirement Saturday evening/night and on Sunday for those participating in the project.
Project consists of:
- General cleanup from the parking lot to the inlet in Chatham
(We will not be allowed to clean inside the symbolically fenced areas)
Please bring:
PLEASE KEEP IN MIND that dogs/pets are not allowed in the Nauset Beach parking lot to Trail 1 from April 1st through Labor Day. Dogs/pets are allowed from Trail 1 to the Chatham inlet leashed (30 feet maximum) at all times.
We are planning to serve lunch after the conclusion of the project in the Nauset Beach Main Parking Lot area.
