Sandy Neck Beach Conservation Project
Hope to see everyone at the upcoming MBBA hosted Sandy Neck Conservation Project on Saturday April 9th. The project will begin at 9:30. Please plan on arriving early to be there for the important pre-project meeting. The lower parking lot is reserved for MBBA members and guests for Friday night only. ORV day permits will be issued to non permit holders with proper equipment.
Lunch will be served after the completion of the project.
Projects consist of:
- Trash & debris pick up
- Erosion control fencing as needed
- Help transporting pallets out onto the beach to put down
- Some other projects of this type as required
Please bring:
- Work gloves
- Warm clothes
- A shovel (optional)
- A hammer (optional)
